Thank you for your interest. To win the miniature forklift models* please complete the below form. You will be automatically entered into the prize draw for submitting a fully completed questionnaire.

Miniature forklift models to be won. The draws for the winners will be conducted on the following dates, 31st March, 30th June, 30th September and 31st December. Limit to three prizes per draw. The names of winners will appear in our News column in the following months after each draw.

Do not despair for not winning any prize in the above draws. You still stand a chance to win a prize in our grand draw. All non winning entries for the above four draws will be accumulated to participate in the grand draw. The grand draw will also be conducted on 31st December. Limit to three prizes in this grand draw. Good luck.

This draw is open to all customers, their staffs and forklift users residing in Shanghai and Zhejiang only. Entries are limited to one per person. UMW Staffs and their family members are prohibited from participating. An entry comprises a fully completed questionnaire and received by UMW before the 25th day of draw months. Incomplete, lost or illegible entries will be automatically disqualified. Winners are required to contact UMW to redeem the prizes within 30 days from draw dates.
